Experience: Simone Arrington is a strategic Creator Marketing professional with 9+ years of career experience in marketing, creator/influencer strategy, partnerships, social strategy, DEI, public relations, and communications. Throughout her career, Simone has worked with renowned companies like Instagram, Facebook, LVMH, Shea Moisture, and Yahoo. Her ability to be the creative conduit between clients and the culture has led her to become a go-to expert for businesses looking to amplify their brand’s strategy. 

Simone’s ability to identify, adopt, and execute marketing trends for brands continues to support her passion for plugging brands into an influential community of consumers. Through creative storytelling, strategic partnerships, and cultural insights, she has crafted highly sought-after industry events and compelling, award-winning campaigns.

Her previous work has provided her opportunities to lead Creator Strategy at Meta (currently), Brand Partnerships for EveryStylishGirl’s Sip N’ Slay event series, Global Industry Partnerships at Yahoo, Digital Marketing Strategy at iOne Digital, and Event Programming for The Creative Collective NYC’s CultureCon.

She was born and raised in Albany, NY and currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.

Talent: Simone sits at the intersection of career and creative cultivation. She understands how to translate a brand’s messaging into a relatable, digestible campaign that’ll drive results for her audience. She started her content career in 2012 as a YouTuber cataloging her natural hair journey. She then went on to explore podcasting in 2017 by hosting and producing a show called “Bonnets & Durags: A Pillow Talk Podcast” that focused on creating a digital safe space for Black and brown adults. Her content creation experience on Instagram and Tiktok has led her to partner with brands like Merit Beauty, Jordan Brand, Forever 21, Nike, Rose Inc and more. She has amassed a total of 34,000 followers across multiple platforms and is thrilled to continue growing her audience as a beauty and lifestyle content creator.
